Purchasing a battery from Jones Automotive in May 2016. Battery failed... upon trying to get them to honor their 6 year warranty with NO luck. Company that cant stand by their products.. doesn’t deserve my business.

Had these guys do a bunch of work for me when my serpentine belt broke and I was stranded at our cabin. They did all the work I asked my local mechanic to look at so I could avoid a breakdown. My local mechanic dropped the ball and I did breakdown. Jones' service, communication and follow-through were awesome. I wish my home was closer to them- I would be having all my work done here.

UPDATE.. So the issue I have is a battery that they sold me just 11 months ago.. literally exploded in my truck. They attempted to claim that the battery froze this winter and it was not covered under the Interstate Battery Warranty. So I contacted Interstate Batteries Corporate Headquarters in California.. and spoke with the local rep out of Bloomington MN. They both said.. that under NO circumstance would a battery freeze under these conditions, and they have NO answer for me, as to why Jones Automotive refused to honor the warranty that is issued by Interstate Batteries. They requested that I take it to a auto dealership IN town that sells Interstate Batteries and they would do a free exchange, NO CHARGE.. NO HASSLE. They called the other dealer.. made all the arrangements. It is really telling that Jones Automotive refused to even bother to handle any of these issues. Amazing. PEOPLE.. take your business ELSEWHERE.
